GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 430922
"SSH key passphrase" dialog is asking for the wrong key's passphrase
Last modified: 2007-05-10 23:47:32 UTC
Please describe the problem: I use winbind to login on the window$ domain of my company. The account I use is not a local account. When I connect via SSH to another machine, a dialog pops up asking for the pass phrase for the only LOCAL account of my computer, and even if I enter its password, it doest work. Steps to reproduce: 1. Register you computer to an existing Window$ network using net -join 2. Configure PAM to log-in via winbind 3. Open a session 4. Open a ssh connexion Actual results: A dialog pops up asking for the pass phrase for the only LOCAL account of my computer. (And it doesn't have the focus, which is really annoying) Expected results: It should ask for MY password :) Does this happen every time? Yes Other information: I'm using ubuntu 6.10
