heya,

  i am often on dial-up , and i cannot turn of network traffic from rhythmbox without turning off associated plugins. This is annoying .

  Would it be possible to add "offline/online" button to rhytmbox to fix this issue .

  additionally, podcast throws error about not being able to find host when offline.
