* open transfer dialog
* expand enough accounts to see scrollbars
* select first account
* press "Down" until the cursor is not visible any more

The tree view is not scrolled, because it is not a direct child of the scrolled window, but packed into an hbox < viewport < scrolledwindow chain of widgets.
