I can confirm this bug on Ubuntu 7.04.

Using a Samsung ML-2010 laser printer.

A blank page is also shown on the preview.

When telling Evolution to print only one page it still appends a blank page to the print.

This only happens in Evolution, other applications do not exhibit this behaviour.

I'll confirm this as well. Using an HP Laserjet 1012. Maybe Evolution isn't respecting the paper size and trying to print A4 on Letter? I've checked printer settings and it seems to occur only in evolution.

@allen: yes, this might also be it. Right now (Evo 2.10/2.11) Evolution seems to only print for A4, which causes a no-end of suffering for anybody with a different paper size (yours truly included). 

It seems the work being done on bug 446894 may resolve the "only-A4" issue. I do not know if the extra page will be resolved by it though, since I am not sure the two issues are related.

This seems resolved by the work on bug 446894, I guess as a part of the gtkhtml fix. 

I would like to have a bit more of feedback before closing it, though.

No feedback... so Marking as fixed by the work on bug 446894. Release on Evo 2.11.5/e-d-s 1.11.5.
