What were you doing when the application crashed?
The computer was running 'Deluge' (a bittorrent client) - which was minimised to a small icon on the to top panel/strip (same place the power manager and network manager icons are) - I clicked on the Deluge icon to maximise it, its window opened ok, then I clicked on a finished download in that window and at the same moment power manager crashed.
