GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 413594
crash in Time and Date: I clicked the check box ...
Last modified: 2007-03-02 00:16:28 UTC
Version: 2.15.5 What were you doing when the application crashed? I clicked the check box for sychronizing time and date with internet servers. There was a message box informing me that NTP (I think) was not installed and asked if I wished to install it. I confirmed that I wanted that. The Time/Date settings dialog was disabled, and then nothing more happened (on the screen, that is...). I am running Ubuntu inside a VM-ware server on a Windows Vista machine, Distribution: Ubuntu 6.10 (edgy) Gnome Release: 2.16.1 2006-10-02 (Ubuntu) BugBuddy Version: 2.16.0 Memory status: size: 39104512 vsize: 0 resident: 39104512 share: 0 rss: 16486400 rss_rlim: 0 CPU usage: start_time: 1172779828 rtime: 0 utime: 374 stime: 0 cutime:275 cstime: 0 timeout: 99 it_real_value: 0 frequency: 84 Backtrace was generated from '/usr/bin/time-admin' (no debugging symbols found) Using host libthread_db library "/lib/tls/i686/cmov/libthread_db.so.1".
