Starting from gtk+ 2.10 (GNOME 2.16) the Open Location dialog was replaced by a simple text entry in filechooser.

PS the auto-complete behavior shoud be the same, but it's better check it.

No point fixing this.

GTK team still haven't implemented a help button in the filechooser (bug 333878), and so users don't get to read this text.
