Version: 2.16.1 What were you doing when the application crashed? copy from eclipse and pasting into a new file ingedit, 2 tabs open. pasting didn't work, so i closed the new file. this brought me back to the other tab open, where text was selected (though i didn't select it). moving the mouse, the selection changed (though no mouse button was pressed) and after some few moves, gedit crashed and the bug buddy came up.
