Description Christian Fredrik Kalager Schaller 2007-02-17 12:20:55 UTC
Putting the patches created by Linus Torvalds into bugzilla so we can properly
track them. This is his Add-lower-and-menu-to-title-bar-action-events patch.

Patch from Linus

Another sensible refactor. Works fine. Committed. Thanks!
Comment 3 Thomas Thurman 2007-02-17 21:38:41 UTC
(Christian: I was initially very confused because since the patches were in separate bugs I thought they were independent. It wasted a couple of hours trying to find out why they wouldn't apply to trunk :( )
Comment 4 Christian Fredrik Kalager Schaller 2007-02-18 20:12:57 UTC
Sorry about that Thomas, I was just adding them one by one without looking at them . The last patch in the series for Metacity seems also like a pure code cleanup patch from Linus description.
Comment 5 Marc-Andre Lureau 2007-02-18 22:29:17 UTC
Does this patch break API/ABI. See python binding bug 409252. We are *freezing*, so I suggest someone apply the patch so we can forget about this detail ;)
Comment 6 Elijah Newren 2007-02-19 20:50:21 UTC
Marc: libmetacity-private was named as such for a reason.
