GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 408551
Moving message in Evolution results in broken link
Last modified: 2013-10-28 19:31:05 UTC
Please describe the problem: Taken from: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/tomboy/+bug/85534 If an Evolution mail link has been added to a Tomboy note, and that message is then moved to another folder in Evolution, clicking the link opens an empty Evolution message window (presumably because the message is no longer where the link points to). Tomboy should track messages when they are moved and update links accordingly. Steps to reproduce: 1. Drag a message from evolution in to a tomboy note 2. Delete or Move the message 3. Click on the link to the message Actual results: A blank evolution window appears Expected results: The message should show up if the message wasn't deleted. If the message was deleted tomboy should put a strike through the email note or fade it. Does this happen every time? yes Other information:
Confirmed with Tomboy 0.5.8
Setting the default assignee and QA Contact to "tomboy-maint@gnome.bugs".
