Description Håvard H. Garnes 2007-02-11 21:12:55 UTC
I really want to be able to disable the trash-functionality in Nautilus. I want it so that when I press the delete-button the files are deleted and not moved to trash. The option of including a real delete-item in the menu, and having to press shift-delete is not ehough.

Other information:
This bug causes all sorts of missbehaviour. Confidential information staying behind, memory-sticks that are seemingly empty, folders created on memorystic-root containing my user-name etc. When I have a memory card in my camera and nautilus has left all my deleted pictures there and keeps it full, then I get really angry.

Can you please please add a check-box to disable the trash-functionality alltogether?

Thank you.
