Patch to add im support for gossip

Fairly simple patch to add im support for gossip.  If I get some free time I'll look at adding support for Pidgin, but their dbus code is a mess.

Updated patch to add support for Gossip

Update the patch, so that the IM button on the contact dialog is only showed if Gossip is running.

contact-lookup-applet development has been stalled [1]. Maintainers don't have future development plan so i am closing the bugs as WONTFIX.
