Description n0dalus 2007-01-28 04:08:48 UTC
It would be nice to have a "no playlist advance" toggle button, as seen in other players.
When activated, it would stop playback after a song had finished, and wait for the user to manually play another song or press next.

Here are a couple of situations where this is useful (though I'm sure there are others):
- You want the currently playing song to be the last one to play, if you are leaving your computer or something but still want to listen to music while you finish a couple of things.
- You are playing music or sound effects for some live production and need to play each sound file manually and without it running into the next track in the playlist when it finishes.

This would be fairly trivial to do, we just need to fix bug 163196 so all the extra play orders get exposed in the UI.
