What were you doing when the application crashed? Disabling (removing the check mark left of the name) an imap account in "Evolution Preferences" - "Mail Accounts". Crash happens every time I try to do this. First thought this connected to an recently submitted evolution exchange bug (398413 later found to be duplicate of 349913) but this is independent of if the exchange account is enabled or not.
