What were you doing when the application crashed? I'm not sure what program crashed, but all I did was plug in an iPod to charge it. If there was a program crash it must have been something which auto-runs when an iPod is inserted. The kernel was recompiled recently with many things I didn't think I'd need omitted; it's possible this could be the cause but I can't be sure since this is the first time since installing that I've connected the iPod.
