2. at dialog box, choose quit instead of new game
3. bug buddy launches and makes report with no debuginfo
4. look at old report and file bug report at distribution level.
Reference:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=221046

Comment 4 Andreas Røsdal 2007-01-05 18:18:27 UTC
Hello...

Looking at the backtrace, the crash doesn't seem to be caused by aisleriot,
but instead by guile. I will definitively need some help debugging this crash.
Comment 5 Jim Cornette 2007-01-05 21:19:04 UTC
Thanks for the diagnosis. I have not experienced any noticeable failures with other aspects of the system.
Presently, I have the below version of guile installed.
guile-1.8.0-8.20060831cvs

I'll help with clear explanation to run any diagnosis.
Comment 6 Jim Cornette 2007-01-05 21:33:43 UTC
correction on version of guile. I was in FC6 which does not have the problem. Development currently has guile-1.8.1-1.fc7

Will change component on downstream bug for guile component.
Comment 7 Jim Cornette 2007-01-06 15:28:23 UTC
many packages updated but still getting a dump when quiting application.

Comment 8 Jim Cornette 2007-01-11 02:57:53 UTC
I downgraded at-spi and played the game and won. With the older version at-spi-1.7.11-2.fc6 installed, quiting the application does not launch bug buddy. The game just closes.
Comment 9 Andreas Røsdal 2007-01-28 11:34:36 UTC
This means that the bug is in at-spi? Would it be OK for me to close this bug then?
Comment 10 Jim Cornette 2007-01-28 14:20:51 UTC
Closing the bug would be fine. Unless you see any information in the data provided which would lead to a more secure program exit. I could not reproduce problem without a broken at-spi again.
Comment 11 Robert Ancell 2012-01-31 23:23:16 UTC
This bug is being reassigned to the "general" component so we can close the aisleriot bugzilla component. Apologies for the mass email!
