Please describe the problem:
Summary explains it. When internet radio stream provides song title and artist, those data are displayed in RB interface, but not submitted by last.fm plugin.

This is not a bug, because internet radio stations don't supply a separate title and artist string, just one string and the audioscrobbler protocol specifically disallows this.  See bug #376659.
