What were you doing when the application crashed?
I was installing the updates for Ubuntu (edgy).. the updates were for ruby 1.8 (1.8.4-5ubuntu1.1 to 1.8.4-5ubuntu1.2)

at the same time i was talking via IM (using GAIM)
