Description Morten Welinder 2006-12-06 01:14:44 UTC
[This is with whatever version was in SuSE 10.1]

When I tag an image using ctrl-t, the image is redrawn incrementally.
It should not be redrawn at all.

When a jpg image is redrawn, it is first drawn crudely and then refined.
This makes needless redraws very annoying visually.

I've committed a patch that will make this redisplay much less noticeable. The full fix will be longer in coming.
