What were you doing when the application crashed?
Dragging a file from inside a hidden folder (name prepended with a dot) in the detail view into the parent folder on the tree view in the sidebar.

BTW Bug Buddy mentions this as involving the burning tool. I wasn't using it, just Nautilus
