Description of the crash:

Selected "Generic Postscript", and set the job to print pages 1 through
3 (out of a possible 4); no other options selected.  Crash occurred
immediately following pushing the "Print" button.  Sorry, I know that's
not at all specific; probably not even useful.


How often does this happen?

This is probably not the first time, but not frequently enough that I
can recall the last time it happened.
