Description Javeed Shaikh 2006-11-26 23:09:23 UTC
Please describe the problem:
Attempting to print a password protected PDF from evince fails. Cups claims that pstops failed.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open up a password protected PDF
2. Try to print it
3. Observe failure

Actual results:
Printing does not take place.

Expected results:
Printing takes place.

Does this happen every time?
Yes.

Other information:
A workaround is to use pdftops to generate a ps file that is not password protected, then print that.
