What exactly do you need it for? If it is only for backup, you can simply backup your gconf database (~/.gconf/). If you are rather thinking of a exporter, so that you can use the presets elsewhere, you can use the commandline tool gconftool-2 for that.
Created attachment 77169 [details] A simple shellscript that will export gnomeradio presets to a textfile. Maybe this quick little hack does what you need?

I guess import and export scripts like the abovie should be included into the distribution, seems like some people would like to see it.
Thanks for taking the time to report this bug. However, this module is dead, so it won't recive more bug fixes nor updates.
According to its developer, gnomeradio is not under active development anymore. It is unlikely that there will be any further active development. Closing this report as WONTFIX as part of Bugzilla Housekeeping - Please feel free to reopen this bug report in the future if anyone takes the responsibility for active development again.
