What were you doing when the application crashed? I tried several times to eject my ipod shuffle, without success : my ipod's led was still orange. I just plugged it out. PS : there also were some audio files that did not appear in rythmnbox and I deleted the dir with these files, and I also deleted some file named like .F01 something. Whoops maybe ?
