Same stack trace as bug#372700. Please describe more clearly what you actually did: Did this crash occur directly when you clicked this menu item "Get balance"? Or did it occur after some additional progress window showed up? Also, do you have the package "aqbanking" installed and in which version?
Hi, Yes, the "crash" occurred as soon as I clicked get balance, at least that is when the bug reporting tool came up. No further progress occurred. I do not have "aqbanking" installed unless it was installed by default when installing FC6. Stan
> I do not have "aqbanking" installed unless it was installed by default when installing FC6. Well, could you then please *check* whether it *is* installed, and if yes, which version? Thanks.

Can you please *check* whether the package "aqbanking" *is* installed, and if yes, which version? Also, can you please install the "-debuginfo" sub-package of gnucash if it exists, or try to compile gnucash from source on your own, so that we get a more verbose stack trace? Thanks.

Also, can you please explain whether you called the "Tools -> HBCI Setup Wizard" before you clicked this Get-Balance menu item?

Unbelievable. Nobody (in words: No-bo-dy) seems to be willing or able to answer these simple questions: 1. Is the package "aqbanking" installed? If so, which version? (This is very important as it explains whether the bugfix has to be done by Fedora or by GnuCash!) 2. Did you click on the menu item "Tools -> HBCI Setup Wizard" before you clicked this "Online Actions -> Get balance" menu item and saw this crash? Come on. If you don't provide any further feedback about the circumstances in which you saw this crash, we cannot do anything about this. We don't experience this crash, so unless you add your information here things will stay as they are. Further information, anyone?
