What were you doing when the application crashed? Testing Bug 369696, which I reported earlier. I sent myself an email with a plain text attachment with 19689 line. Boom. Created attachment 76502 [details] A gziped plain text file with 19689 lines. This is a gzipped version of the file that killed Evolution. Unzip it, and send it as an attachment to Evolution. In my case, Evolution blew up after popping the message.
In this case, appeared to crash while popping the email, but when I restarted Evolution, the mail with the attachment was in my inbox, and it rendered correctly.
