What happens:
When playing a last.fm stream, the 'next' button is disabled, instead there is a 'Next song' button to the right. When playing a last.fm strea with shuffle off, 'next' and 'previous' are available, but clicking next will stop the last.fm stream.

What should happen:
When playing a last.fm stream, 'Next' should be available and should do the same as 'Next Song' which should be removed.

This will be fixed when we switch to the new last.fm streaming system.

I've just committed the new last.fm streaming system changes, so this is fixed.
