Description Reinout van Schouwen 2006-11-04 17:34:22 UTC
the live radio popup on www.radio1.nl doesn't produce any audio, and the 'smalband'/'breedband' direct stream links don't start totem.

<chpe> reinouts: maybe I'm blind, but I don't see the streams on www.radio1.nl ... ?
<reinouts> chpe: you have this button with a speaker symbol on it, below it says 'LUISTER RADIO 1 LIVE'
you get a popup when you click it
and in the popup are the stream links

<chpe> totem/gst or totem/xine ?
 doesn't work with gst here
oh and it's horrible, it puts 2 plugins in the popup ?
 'works' with totem/xine plugin
 (still the ugly black plugin)
and clicking on the small/broadband links is definitely broken, since it opens a 2nd plugin... file a bug ?
not working with totem/gst seems to be due to gst nor supporting the streams (?)
Comment 1 Filip Palm 2006-11-04 22:06:51 UTC
Works fine here with Totem-CVS(Gstreamer).
Comment 2 Bastien Nocera 2006-11-05 00:02:37 UTC
It seemed to work fine for me as well (for a degree of fine).
Comment 3 Christian Persch 2006-11-16 19:55:52 UTC
Clicking the small/broad-band links opens a 2nd plugin in the area above the existing plugin, surely that's broken (not sure if it's us or the site...)

It's us. It should open in the stand-alone player, instead of the "fullscreen" mode. Bug 314370

As the rest seems to work fine, I'll close this as a dupe.
