gcalctool will set the View->Memory Registers menu item inactive if
the calculator is in Basic mode.
The documentation needs to be updated to reflect this.

Change checked into CVS HEAD. Closing the bug as FIXED. I'll be
generating a new gcalctool tarball for GNOME 2.17.3 in about a 
weeks time.
