Description Christian Persch 2006-10-07 16:17:14 UTC
Steps:
0) Help->About
1) Close

Result:
About dialogue doesn't disappear.

This is due to a gtk+ 2.10 change in gtkaboutdialog. Either using gtk_show_about_dialog or connecting gtk_widget_destroy to "response" will fix this.

Hi!

Thanks for the bug report! It's of course a trivial change but is this now called ABI/API stability? Just wondering...

I can't reproduce this: on my machine, running Gnome 2.14.3, the About dialog disappears without a problem when I press Close.
Comment 3 Christian Persch 2006-10-11 12:11:06 UTC
Comment 0 mentions that you need gtk+ 2.10 !
