I've been having intermittent trouble with my primary server (503 errors).  However, instead of reverting to the Fallback server, Pan gives lots of error windows indicating it is going offline, and goes offline.

I have had to switch the order of the servers in order to get around this.

This is with 0.114

Same here. Additionally it would be nice to know if I can get multiple primary or multiple secondary servers defined in such a way that downloading multi-part binaries could take advantage of all available. Simultaneously...
