Description Arunkumar Dhananjayan 2006-09-20 01:47:03 UTC
Distribution: Ubuntu 6.06 (dapper)
Package: gnome-panel
Severity: Normal
Version: GNOME2.14.3 unspecified
Gnome-Distributor: Ubuntu
Synopsis: Clock/Calendar applet crashes when double clicking a date
Bugzilla-Product: gnome-panel
Bugzilla-Component: clock
Bugzilla-Version: unspecified
BugBuddy-GnomeVersion: 2.0 (2.14.1)
Description:
Description of the crash:
The clock/calendar applet crashes when a date is double clicked. This
happens after evolution has been removed from the system.

Steps to reproduce the crash:
1. Open Synaptic and remove evolution package.
2. Click on the clock applet and double click a date. Nothing happens.
3. Unselect the clock applet and then click on it again

Expected Results:
The clock applet crashes and Gnome reports it.

How often does this happen?
Consistent.

Additional Information:
Probably related to Evolution being removed. On double clicking a date,
normally Evolution calendar for that date is opened.
