Please describe the problem:
When Gnome Panel crashes, Bug Buddy pops up to tell you that it crashed and you need to save the information and submit it yourself.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Crash gnome-panel


Actual results:
Bug Buddy behaves as described.

Expected results:
Bug Buddy should let you submit to bugzilla.

Does this happen every time?
