Description PsychoTrauma 2006-09-13 23:03:42 UTC
Tim-Philipp Müller fixed a issue with typefinding in Bug 339786.
The fix has never been included in any of the stable releases so only ubuntu has had this problem fixed.

http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=339786

This fix has been tested in ubuntu for a while now and as far as I have seen it hasn't caused any problems. Could you include it in the next update please?

Hmm? This fix seems to have been committed and should have been in the gst-plugins-base 0.10.7 release AFAIK.

http://webcvs.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gst-plugins-base/gst/typefind/gsttypefindfunctions.c?r1=1.101&r2=1.102

Could you provide more details?

You are completely right, I have checked the distros I was having problems with and they were using older bases than 0.10.7. I will file a bug with them to maybe get them to upgrade. Sorry about filing a bug that has already been fixed.

Keep up the good work!!!
