DIA crashes every time I use it with the same error:

AppName: diaw.exe	 AppVer: 0.0.0.0	 ModName: icm32.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.2709	 Offset: 0000433c

From what I have researched, your program is exactly what I have been looking for, but I can't get it to work, I have downloaded that latest version I could find of GTK +, 2.0, and the latest version of DIA. Basically every time I open the program and click on more than a few moust clicks just about anywhere in the program, I get this error? 

What can I do to get it working?
