Add the ability to choose how the Photos dir is organized, by date (the default now), by tags (?), in separate direcotry for each import, ...

This was requested in the title of bug #337250 (...and how it is organized) but not discussed in the  thread, and also requested by Jeff Fortin on bug #325166.
