clicking on blank url's with anchor references from gaim or any other
app

Steps to reproduce the crash:
1. recieve a gaim message with a blank url with an anchor reference
2. click on it
3. watch nautilus crash

Expected Results:
nautilus not crashing

Unknown version 2.12.2 in product nautilus.  Setting version to "2.12.x".
