GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 349818
scrollbar rendering error
Last modified: 2009-02-24 02:11:32 UTC
Please describe the problem: there is a 1px high blue line drawn above the scrollbar. (zoom in attachment) it occurs using the latest clearlooks theme, but was already present in GNOME 2.14. Im not sure if its really a nautilus issue or GTK or Clearlooks - nevertheless it only occured in nautilus to me so far. Steps to reproduce: 1. 2. 3. Actual results: Expected results: Does this happen every time? Other information:
Created attachment 70151 [details] shows the error
I can confirm this. Since it is the same colour as the search tool bar and appeared around the same time as the introduction of this feature, I'd say it's a minor bug in that code.

To elaborate, it happens regardless of theme engine (the 1px line follows the theme colour - as does the search bar).

Does anybody even have a hint? Easy fix?

I cannot see this anymore in nautilus 2.24.2 which is in debian experimental. Maybe it is fixed?
It seems to be fixed for me in 2.24. Maybe the addition of the new Compact View or the ongoing gvfs rewrites touched the right areas?
Let assume this is fixed as I can't see the bug anymore with the darkilouche theme.
