GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 348611
erroneous redraw of objects resulting in artefacts
Last modified: 2007-10-27 16:37:49 UTC
Sometimes the boundig boxes of objects seems to be calculated incorrectly, for example with arcs or bezier curves (sometimes it happens also with the arrows of lines). This causes the screen to update incorrectly, leaving artefacts like parts of lines or arrows behind. This vanishes not until a complete redraw, activated for example by scrolling or View->Redraw. The same too small boundig box can be observed when exporting the diagram, to a png for example. See Attachments for an example OS: Windows XP SP2 dia: 0.95.1
Created attachment 69557 [details] diagram describing and reproducing the bug
Created attachment 69558 [details] screenshot of the artefacts
Created attachment 69559 [details] when exporting this diagram, there is something missing at the top right corner the missing part at the top right corner of the exported image seems to be the same size as the artefacts produced by this bug
Sorry for the late reply. Could you try this again with the latest 0.96.1 release?
