Description Eric Kraußer 2006-07-17 02:22:37 UTC
This was reproducable on FreeBSD 6.1, couldn't check this on a Linux system:
1. Draw two rectangles (or other objects, where you can change the fillcolor).

2. Mark all this objects and group them with CTRL-g.

3. Without unmarking the group, do a rightklick on this group and change the fillcolor by "objects->properties".
All rectangles will have the same fill-color.

4. Without unmarking the group, press SHIFT-CTRL-g to ungroup the rectangles. Dia will crash immediately.

In 7 of 10 cases i got a crash, but sometimes i missed a tiny action which causes the fault. (Probably when resizing the objects or so.)

Why isn't it possible to change the fillcolor from all objects by just mark them all?

I hope you can reproduce this also.

Eric

For your other question, it's a feature we'd love to have. Nobody has had the time to sort out how to handle the fact that some properties are changed and others are not in a reasonable way.
