Please describe the problem:
When try to select image for contact, the dialog "Please select an image for this contact" can not be focus on when use <Alt + Tab>.

Steps to reproduce:
1. <Shift+Ctrl+L> to open "Contact List Editor";
2. Use <Tab> to go to Image button and press <Enter> ;
3. A new dialog"Please select an image for this contact" is poped out. Now the focus is on this dialog;
4. Use <Alt + Tab > to switch to another window.


Actual results:
The bug is when you can not use <Alt + Tab> to switch back to the dialog "Please select an image for this contact". 

Expected results:
You can use keyboard to access this dialog

Cannot reproduce this bug. I think the "Image button" you said is in contact editor?
Even so, I can not reproduce this, <Alt + Tab> works fine here.

Focus is lost for dialog "Please select an image for this contact", which means you can not use <Alt + Tab> to focus again on this dialog .

From Emily's explanation, confirm the bug. The select image dialog will lost the focus after press <alt+tab>
