Description Eugenia Loli-Queru 2006-07-12 18:00:19 UTC
Two PNG PDA icons for g-v-m (with trasparent background), to accompany the Palm icon in the PDA tab (and suggest the right application to manage these devices).

I can't make these icons Tango-like, sorry. I am pretty good with raster pixel-pushing, but when it comes to shiny/vector-like icons, I can't be as useful. I also fear that Tango-like PDA icons might not make them as clear as to which device these represent (but I might be wrong on this).

Any news on this? I asked around some artists to make these two icons more visually compatible with gnome's new icon theme, but no one did so. I think these two icons look good, and there is a need for separate support for Zaurus too. I think having 3 items in the g-v-m PDA tab each with its own icon will look really good.

Also, the word "PocketPC" must change to "Pocket PC".

Please consider them! :)

Any news on this? Please implement these two icons! They will make that tab look so much nicer!!

pocketpc icons are now part of gnome-icon-theme (which is what we are now using as of svn today)
