Description of the crash:
Evolution crashes when trying to save an appointment where an email
message has been attached.

Steps to reproduce the crash:
1. Create a new appointment
2. Switch to email view, and drag-n-drop a message into the attachment
bar of the appointment
3. Click the "Save Appointment" toolbar button

Expected Results:
Appointment should be saved.
