Using development version 2.3.9 with Windows XP.

When loading the program from clicking on the desk top icon, all goes well until the loader gets to the Tiny-Fu stage.  Where it seems to take forever to complete.
It does load properly in the end - but there is a significant delay at the Tiny-Fu stage.
