Please describe the problem:
classification of recurrent events or events with alarm is wrong.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a recurrent event or a event with alarm, do not change the default classification(default value is PUBLIS).



Actual results:
Classification of created event is PRIVATE.

Expected results:
Classification of the event should be PUBLIC.

Does this happen every time?
yes
