Description jlquinn 2006-06-10 02:20:50 UTC
Please describe the problem:
When you open a register (I use separate windows), keyboard focus is on the save button. This is very annoying because it requires either clicking on the new transaction or hitting tab twice to be able to edit the date and enter a transaction.

This behaved correctly in 1.8.X

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a register that hasn't been open since starting the program
2. type '[' to change the date of the new transaction back a month
3.

Actual results:
nothing. Tabbing twice or clicking on the date field allows editing the date as expected.

Expected results:
Focus should already be on the date so you can immediately begin entering a transaction.

Does this happen every time?
yes

This is still a problem. Its unrelated to the problem of the register not correctly displaying whether it is the focused widget.
Comment 3 jlquinn 2006-07-24 04:17:39 UTC
This is still present in 2.0.0
