The installer should set the shortcut start folder to something more
useful. E.g.:

The properties for the dia icon can be changed.
Right mouse button - Properties - Shortcut - Start in:
...\My Pictures

A fix for this has been committed to the CVS. Fix will be included in the 0.96
release.
