GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 343953
gnucash 1.9.6 crashes when I attempt to create a new account
Last modified: 2018-06-29 21:07:16 UTC
I installed gnucash 1.9.6, and I can't create any new accounts. The program crashes every time I try. Steps to reproduce: 1. Right click on the "Income" category and select "New Account." 2. Type "Test" into the "Account name" and "Description" fields and click "OK." Terminal output: (gnucash:3032): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_tree_model_filter_convert_iter_to_child_iter: assertion `filter_iter->stamp == filter->priv->stamp' failed (gnucash:3032): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: gtype.c:3337: type id `0' is invalid (gnucash:3032): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: can't peek value table for type `<invalid>' which is not currently referenced Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
