As you can see, it does show the content of the last cell which will be copied. So, for long (vertical) tables, when i want to count them from 0 to 100 in 0.2 steps, it becomes very hard to know at which number I am actually so that I reach 100. With this kind of direct "preview" it becomes a LOT EASIER.

I fixed that a while ago.  Fix is in 1.7.0
