Unknown version 2.12.x in product Connector. Setting version to "unspecified".

Comment 1 Sushma Rai 2006-05-18 03:15:25 UTC
which version of evolution you are using?
Comment 2 David Bear 2006-05-18 14:59:19 UTC
help-about evolution reports: 2.4.0

interesting thing. I left evolution open all night and it never crashed.

could the 'connector crash' be related to a busy exchange server? Using my standard outlook like yesterday I saw numerous delays communicating with the exchange servers. But since this was left open all night, I'm thinking the only thing different would be the load on the exchange servers..
Comment 3 Sushma Rai 2006-05-19 05:11:48 UTC
Look like a random crash while scanning the folders.
Traces are same as http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=268330.
(version 2.0.x)

Please upgrade to latest stable release 2.6.x, as 2.4.x is little
unstable.

I am seeing that sometimes the exchange connector crashes automatically. (even when I dont have any exchange account enabled)
Comment 8 Sushma Rai 2006-05-30 11:05:12 UTC
Sankar,
are you seeing the same traces as David Bear?
And with which version you are observing this crash with?
Comment 9 Sushma Rai 2006-06-19 05:34:09 UTC
Please re-open the bug with the gdb trace if this crash is
observed in 2.6.x or unstable 2.7.x.
